Apple-Clove Glazed Ham

Sliced and presented with roasted apple-onion chutney.

Harvest Roasted Chicken

Bone-in chicken, slow roasted with fresh herbs, garlic, butternut squash, pumpkin, brussel sprouts, root vegetables, and onion.

Vegan Pumpkin & Sausage Penne

Penne pasta tossed with Beyond italian sausage, roasted pumpkin, oven dried tomatoes, and garlic spinach tossed in sage.

Herb Roasted Potatoes

Spinach Harvest Salad

Spinach and wild rice tossed with quinoa, sweet potatoes, roasted shallots, roasted corn and onions with feta cheese and toasted almonds, served with maple thyme dressing.

Roasted Apple Salad

Sweet roasted apples, with field greens, butternut squash, pumpkin, shaved fennel, dried cranberries, parmesan cheese, and pecans tossed with grain mustard vinaigrette.
