Sliced raw sea scallops, marinated with citrus brined aqua chile and presented with gochujang chili puree.

Second Course

Thai Cola Pork Belly Paired With Deaver Zinfandel
Thai cola braised pork belly, sliced and presented on a bed of shredded thai vegetables marinated in light citrus five spice dressing.

Third Course

Char Grilled Tenderloin Medallions Paired With Barbera
Grilled beef tenderloin, sliced, and presented with roasted fennel, blackberries and shallots. Accompanied with brown butter seared polenta cake, and roasted vegetable medley.
